We apologies that we do not offer Cancer Care Treatments/Massage. If you have a history of cancer, please be aware that we are unable to offer massage treatments or treatments containing a massage element.

If you have high blood pressure, hot stones treatment is not suitable.

Some treatments are not recommended in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and other treatments are cautioned for certain conditions, although your therapist may be able to tailor a programme to individual needs. • Most of our treatments can be modified to suit your individual needs.

**Cancellation Policy** As a courtesy to other clients we kindly request that you inform us of cancellations as early as possible. Please note, there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the cancellation is made within 48hours of the treatment. No shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment will be charged 100% of the treatment or programme price.

Running Late. Should you arrive late, in consideration of our next guest, your treatment still must end as scheduled and full charges will apply.

ETIQUETTE: • The Treatment Suites are suitable for guests who are 18 years and over. • Please respect the privacy of other guests by speaking quietly and switching off mobile phones. • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment as this will allow you time to complete your consultation form. • Robes and slippers are provided for all our hotel guests in their bedrooms. • Day guests will be provided with robes and slippers on arrival if requested. • Lockers are available and require a €1 coin to operate.
